Introduction to Music Reading

(for children learning Violin)

This course gives an introduction to reading rhythms and identifying notes in the treble clef. It teaches rhythms and notes using fun characters. It is aimed at children in Suzuki book 1. The Rhythm Train books are suitable for children from about age 4 years up. The rest of the course is suitable for children once they are comfortable identifying and ordering the first 7 letters of the alphabet (A-G).
